1 Cup Daikon Radish (Mooli) - peeled and small chopped
¼ Cup [packed] Fresh Coriander Leaves (Dhania Patta)** - chopped
¼ tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Podi) OR Garam Masala

2 Tbs Fresh Mint (Pudina Patta) - chopped fine
1 Fresh Green Chile (Hari Mirch) - seeded and minced
¼ - ½ tsp Red Chile Powder (Lal Mirchi)

Preparation:
  1. Make sure that you chop your onion, tomato, cucumber, and radish into similar sized pieces
  2. Place all of the vegetables in a large bowl and gently mix to combine
  3. Add the lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and cumin or garam masala (if using) and, again, gently mix to combine
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature as part of your favorite Indian meal OR use it as a substitute for coleslaw, use it as a topping for burgers, tacos, or any sandwich or wrap, mix it with yogurt to make a wonderful, chilled dip, or anything you can imagine - the possibilities are endless!
  * Can substitute 3-4 small Persian cucumbers (Kheera) if desired
** Can substitute fresh parsley (Ajamod) if desired
