'Curried' Pumpkin Bisque

Just in time for the holiday, I am sharing an easy recipe for a hearty, filling, and highly adaptable fall soup that is perfect as a first course, a light lunch or dinner, and as an addition to your holiday table! This easy to prepare soup utilizes canned pumpkin eliminating the hours needed to roast the pumpkin and made in a slow cooker to minimize the 'hands on' time in the kitchen which is a huge benefit when preparing a large meal!
