Class will be held at your location: 10256 E Caron, Scottsdale AZ

I will arrive apx 1 hour before class time to set up, food will be served at the end of class time.

The cost of food for your class is not included in this payment

Food cost will be submitted for reimbursement day of class

Final Reimbursement can be made using cash, check, or credit

(additional 3.83% processing fee will be added for credit [reimbursement only])

Set up / clean up time is not reflected in the scheduled class time stated above
